Can you buy a model house?
In principle, yes!
The sustainable living concept of HUF considers the entire lifecycle of a building, starting with the quality-conscious selection of materials, through production in modern factory halls, to the dismantling and reconstruction of the timber-frame house.
A concrete example is the former show house in Mannheim: In this case, it moved from the exhibition to Landau, specifically for the HUF House ART 3, which was built in 1996 at the German Prefabricated House Center Mannheim. The ebony-colored dream house made of wood and glass served as a show house in the popular exhibition for over 20 years and was sold to a building family who later converted it into a holiday home.
How much does a model house cost?
